Flathead County Animal Shelters and their operations where busy in February. 110 dogs where taken in during the month of February. By comparing their shelter with the production of surrounding counties, they were able to conclude that they were doing well compared to the others. they say they have gotten more dogs back to their owners,18 percent compared to the 6 percent for the rest of the Montana counties. the animals have shorter stays at this shelter and they even micro chip!
